Which carriers are supported?
Sendit is integrated via API: parcel creation, waybill, real-time statuses, invoice reconciliation. Every other carrier - OzonExpress, Speedaf, Amana, Chronopost… - works in manual mode: you enter the AWB, then update statuses by hand or by CSV import. Nobody is blocked by a missing integration.
Are WhatsApp messages sent automatically?
Today, NextConfirmAI prepares the message (a template per status, with the order details and confirmation link filled in) and opens it in your WhatsApp with one click. The customer confirms with one tap on the link, nothing to install. Automatic sending through the WhatsApp Business API is the next item on the roadmap.
I run everything on Google Sheets. How do I migrate?
Export your sheet as CSV and import it: column mapping, duplicate detection, a dry run before import. Your open orders and history are in within minutes.
Is my data isolated from other stores?
Yes. Every store is partitioned at the database level (Row-Level Security): no query can read another store’s data. Daily off-site backups.
